Real estate and home-services owners run their business across phone calls, texts, and spreadsheets. This dashboard consolidates that work into four views: a quarterly overview of revenue and pipeline, an inbox for incoming service requests, a workflow board for active projects, and a financial breakdown down to the individual job.
The Challenge
Major New England based Real Estate construction company has a steady referral work but no consistent way to turn a website visit into a booked job. Their old site was a single static page with a phone number and no way to tell which leads were worth calling back first. Quote requests came in by phone, text, and a contact form that dropped photos, so the owner was piecing together project scope from memory before every callback.
Behind the scenes, pricing lived in the owner’s head, project financials lived in a spreadsheet that only he could read, and proposals were built from scratch in a word processor every time. Nothing connected. A lead that went quiet for two weeks had no flag on it, and there was no way to see, at a glance, whether the business was actually profitable on the jobs it was winning.
Our Approach
We treated this as three connected problems rather than three separate deliverables. The brand had to hold up on a job site as well as a phone screen. The website had to convert a visitor into a qualified lead, with enough detail attached that the owner could act on it immediately. The dashboard had to turn that lead into a scheduled, priced, profitable project without a second system in the middle.

Custom-built owner dashboard
The dashboard is where the operational gap actually closed. Every request lands in a status pipeline with a next follow-up date, so nothing sits untouched. Won requests become projects with crew assignment, milestones, and photo publishing controls, so the owner decides exactly what goes live on the public gallery. Pricing and estimator rules live in the same system that powers the public site, so a change in one place shows up everywhere. Project financials, labor, materials, supplier costs, and margin, stay private to the owner, and a proposal builder turns a quoted request into a branded PDF or an editable WhatsApp draft in a couple of clicks, with prepared versions locked so a sent proposal can never be silently edited.
